James J Mulgrew

James is an experienced Solicitor Advocate. He has been practising as a criminal lawyer for 18 years. He represents clients in the District Court, Sheriff Court and holds extended rights of audience to represent clients in the High Court of Justiciary. He is appointed as curator as litem by the Mental Health Tribunal of Scotland and is Presenting Officer for the General Teaching Council for Scotland. James also sits as a member on the Law Society of Scotland’s Criminal Law Committee.
