| Nicola is the civil litigation partner. She joined the firm in 2002 and since then, she has quickly established herself as a first rate general civil practitioner and highly regarded litigator. While maintaining her broad general skills, Nicola is developing a particular interest in personal injuries reparation, family cases and landlord/tenant work.
Nicola currently sits as a committee member to the Law Society of Scotland Civil Justice Committee and a member of the Dean's Council of the Royal faculty of Procurators in Glasgow. Nicola also sits as a committee member to the Glasgow Bar Association. In addition, Nicola tutors trainee solicitors on civil litigation as part of the professional competence course they must undertake to qualify as a solicitor. |
